My story
Hi, I'm Sarah and in 2020 I completed my 200hr Yoga Alliance Teaching Training.

A battle with anxiety and depression first led me to Yoga. The physical practice and mindfulness quickly became my daily discipline and selfcare routine. Soon after this, I knew my love for yoga could develop into a profession. My main goal is to live a happy and fulfilling life, this journey inwards has helped me find that path and I want to use my teaching to help those who may feel as lost as I did.

I truly believe everyone can benefit from yoga whether it be to recover from injury, improve mobility, build confidence or find a happier headspace. A class with me will help strengthen the body and heal the mind focusing on mobility, alignment, and breath. My classes are accessible to all aiming to challenge you but remaining restorative. My practise will allow you to flow through mindful movement and cultivate a sense of calm.
